How to remove the speed limit on the M9?
Since EU law stipulates that the maximum speed for electric bicycles operating on public roads is 25 km/h, we do not encourage customers to remove the speed limit. However, if you are riding on off-road uphill terrain and require a higher speed, you can unlock the maximum speed by pressing the unlock button on the remote control for two seconds.
What is the weight of the bike ?

Why is the M9 equipped with a chain guard?
The fully enclosed chain guard effectively prevents trouser legs or skirt hems from getting caught, while also reducing mud and sand erosion and extending the life of the transmission system.
What is the biggest feature of M9?
The M9 is a retro-style e-bike with front and rear suspension, ideal for various terrains like mountains and sand. Perfect for riders over 160 cm who love a vintage look.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is CE certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Does my height suit the M9?
The recommended rider height is 160 - 200(cm).
What is frame made of?
The frame of our M9 retro electric bicycle is crafted from a high-grade alloy. This alloy frame is lightweight, highly corrosion-resistant, and exceptionally strong, enabling it to withstand heavier loads.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
